Where should we send them?
Canadian address, please. Fill this in and we'll pop them in the mail on the next post run - usually the same day.
Anything else?
How long does it take?
Usually 5 to 10 business days by Canada Post. We ship them out on the next post run, which is normally the same day you request them. There's no tracking - regular letter mail is how we're able to keep it free.
What actually arrives?
A small envelope with a few 5x10-inch strips of our core wallpaper materials - one of each so you can feel the difference between them. They're not printed with a specific design; they're there so you can judge finish, thickness, texture, and how the peel-and-stick backing actually feels.
How is this different from a paid sample?
A paid sample ($8 plus shipping) is a full 24x24-inch square with the design of your choice printed on it - the exact print you'd get if you ordered the roll. Free swatches are only about the material itself.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not for the free option - postage costs to the US and beyond are just too high to give away. If you're outside Canada, please email wally@wallpaperonline.ca and we'll work something out.
Can I ask for more than one set?
You can, but one is usually enough - each set has all the materials we sell. If you're comparing rooms with a client and need a set for each, order once and mention it in the notes field so we can pop a couple in the envelope.
Will you follow up?
Yes - and just the once. About a week after we post, we'll email to check the swatches arrived and see if you have any questions we can answer. That's the extent of it. No sales calls, no repeat mailings unless you ask.
Where can I see a specific design at full scale?
Open the design on its product page and add its sample to your cart alongside any rolls. Paid samples are $8 plus shipping, ship in a 24x24-inch square with the actual print, and arrive with tracking.
