How custom wallpaper ordering works

1. Send your design. Upload your file or paste a link, pick a material and add your wall width and height in inches.
2. We check it and send a proof. Our team checks your file’s resolution and fit, then sends you a quote and a proof. Recolouring, rescaling or mirroring your design is free.
3. You approve. Nothing is printed until you’re happy with the proof.
4. Printed and shipped. We print your wallpaper to order in our Vancouver studio and ship it by tracked courier anywhere in Canada.

Choosing a material for your custom wallpaper

Every design can be printed on any of our three materials:

• Smooth Matte Peel & Stick: soft-touch matte finish, self-adhesive like a big sticker, waterproof and washable. Removes without damaging paint or drywall.
• Canvas Texture Peel & Stick: art-canvas texture with zero glare that gives your design a painted feel. Same removable adhesive, waterproof and washable.
• Traditional Non-Woven: classic paste-the-wall paper, 270gsm and PVC-free, built to last 15+ years. Wipeable, but not waterproof or washable.

Image quality and resolution tips

The higher the resolution, the larger we can print your image crisply. A few simple rules help:

• Send the largest, original file you have. Avoid screenshots or images saved from social media or messaging apps, which are compressed.
• JPG, PNG and WebP files all work, or paste a link to your file.
• Big walls need big files. A small image stretched across a large wall will look soft up close.
• Not sure if your file is good enough? Send it anyway. We check every file before we quote and will tell you honestly how it will print.

Measuring your wall

Measure the width of your wall at its widest point, then the height from floor to ceiling. Give us both in inches (an 8-foot ceiling is 96 inches).

• Round up to the nearest inch. Ceilings and walls are rarely perfectly straight, and a little extra gives you room to trim.
• Note any windows, doors, sloped ceilings or outlets in the notes field.
• Don’t stress about being exact. Every custom wallpaper is printed to your size, and we confirm the measurements on your proof.
