How We Make Wallpaper
Every roll is printed to order in our studio on Burrard Street, Vancouver. Here's what happens between you clicking order and a box landing on your doorstep.
“Is it actually made in Canada?” We get asked a lot. Yes — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. If you order it on Tuesday, it goes on a roll on Tuesday.
From file to front door
We prep the file
Your design — from our collections or your own custom artwork — is set up at full resolution and sized to your wall. Colours are calibrated so the roll matches the swatch you fell for.
We pick the material
Smooth matte peel and stick, canvas textured peel and stick, or traditional non-woven. Same artwork, three very different feels.
We print it
The fun bit. Our commercial-grade printers lay down millions of tiny droplets of ink, handling soft watercolour washes and razor-sharp geometrics alike. No fixed repeats, no roll-width limits — a full-wall mural is as easy as a pattern.
We let it cure
Ink and material need a moment to bond properly. Rushing this is how you get smudges, so we don’t.
We check it
Every roll gets looked over for colour, texture, print quality and (for peel and stick) the adhesive backing. On big commercial jobs we pull checks from across the run so panel one matches panel forty.
We cut and roll it
Trimmed to size and rolled with protective paper between the layers, so it arrives exactly as it left the printer.
We send it your way
Packed in a protective sleeve or box and shipped within Canada. No customs forms, no tariff surprises, no weeks at sea.
Good stuff, on the inside and out
We print on top-quality materials with inks that are kind to the air you breathe. Here’s the short version.
Three materials
Two peel and stick finishes (smooth matte and canvas textured) that are waterproof and renter-friendly, plus traditional non-woven for a classic paste-the-wall hang that’s wipeable.
Greenguard Gold inks
Certified low-VOC and free of harmful chemicals — which matters in bedrooms, nurseries, offices and anywhere people spend a lot of time.
Fire rated
Built to commercial-grade standards, so the same rolls work in a living room, a restaurant or a hotel corridor.

Canadian artists, printed at home
Our Canadian Artists Collection is original work by artists from across the country — designed here and printed here.
The people who printed it pick up the phone
Questions about measuring, materials or hanging? You’re talking to the Vancouver team who made your roll, not a call centre overseas.
Quick answers
Is your wallpaper really made in Canada?
Yes. Every roll and mural is printed to order in our Vancouver studio at 2515 Burrard Street.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days anywhere in Canada, and shipping is free on orders over $300.
What certifications does it have?
Our inks are Greenguard Gold certified for low VOC emissions, and our wallpaper is fire rated to commercial-grade standards.
Can I see it before I order?
Absolutely. Free swatches of all three materials fit in an envelope and come to you at no cost. Want to see your actual design? Choose “Buy 24″ sample” on any product page for a printed sample.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
Our peel and stick is waterproof, so it handles splashes and steam happily. Traditional non-woven is wipeable rather than waterproof, so it’s better for drier rooms.
