Introduce yourself

Email wally@wallpaperonline.ca with a link to your portfolio, Instagram, or Behance. We will take a look and get back to you within a few business days.

Sign the agreement

If it is a fit, we send you a one-click sign-up link. You will see the artist agreement, confirm your name and details, upload your photo and short bio, and pick whether your collection is branded as [Your name] Wallpaper or [Your name] Designs.

Get your portal

Submitting drops you straight into your artist portal. From there you upload your first few designs, high-res files, a title, a short description. We take it from there.

Sales start rolling in

We list your designs, generate the room renders, run the marketing. When one sells, you see it appear on your dashboard the same day. Commission is paid out on our standard schedule.

The details

Who is eligible?

Canadian artists and designers, professional, emerging, or independent. Your work must be original and yours to license (we do not accept resold stock or AI-generated-only artwork). We are building a curated roster, not a marketplace, so we do assess submissions individually.

Does it cost anything?

No. There is no fee to apply, no listing fees, no annual dues. We only earn if you earn.

How does the 20% commission work?

You receive 20% of the pre-tax revenue on every sale of any design of yours we sell. Sales are logged live on your artist portal; payouts happen on our regular schedule via your preferred method (e-transfer, wire, cheque, or PayPal).

Do I keep the rights to my work?

Absolutely. You retain full ownership of your artwork. Joining the program grants us a non-exclusive licence to print and sell your designs as wallpaper on our platform. It does not stop you from selling the same work elsewhere or in other formats.

Can I remove a design later?

Yes. You can retire any design from your portal at any time. Existing orders will still be honoured, but the design will not appear to new buyers.

What file format should I supply?

We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, and Photoshop (PSD) files up to 250MB. As a rule of thumb, aim for at least 150 DPI at the largest wall size you would expect someone to buy. We will guide you on specifics once you are onboarded and can also help scale or clean up files if needed.

Who handles printing and customer service?

We do, entirely. Every roll is custom-printed to order in our Vancouver studio, packaged, and shipped by our team. All customer conversations (sample requests, refunds, complaints, sizing questions) come to us. You never see a support ticket.

How do I know how well my designs are doing?

Your artist portal shows real-time sales, revenue, and commission earned, filterable by date range. You will also see which of your designs are being sampled (a strong signal that a real order is coming) and which are getting attention on the site.
