We set up your partner portal
You get your own login. Add your brand name, logo, colours and font, plus the addresses you ship to most.
Upload artwork and place an order
Upload your high-resolution file, enter the wall size, choose the material and pick where it’s going — to you or straight to your customer.
We print it in Vancouver
Every order is printed to size on commercial-grade material with Greenguard Gold certified inks, then checked, rolled and packed.
It ships under your name
Order and shipping emails to your customer carry your brand, not ours. You’re invoiced for each order, all visible in your portal.

Will my customers see the Wallpaper Online name?
The order and shipping emails your customers receive carry your brand name, logo and colours rather than ours. If there’s anything else you need kept under your brand, let’s talk it through when you get in touch.
Do I need my own designs?
Yes — whitelabel is for selling your own artwork under your own brand. You upload print-ready files with each order and we print exactly what you send.
What files do you need?
High-resolution artwork at the size it’ll be printed. TIFF, PSD and PDF all work, up to 300 MB per file. Not sure your files are ready? Send one over and we’ll take a look.
How does pricing work?
Printing is priced per square foot by material, and shipping is added to each order. You set your own retail prices. We’ll share partner pricing when we talk.
How long does it take?
Every order is printed to order in our Vancouver studio. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days.
Where can you ship?
Anywhere in Canada — to your studio or straight to your customer’s door.
