Product availability

Every effort is made to ship your order in a timely manner; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, Wallpaper Online Canada will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Delivery policy

• Wallpaper Online offers free delivery on orders over CAD $400.
• Below that threshold, delivery fees vary by province and are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery timelines do not include processing and manufacturing time, which is typically 3–4 working days per order (every piece is printed to order).
• Once shipped, delivery to western Canadian provinces typically arrives within 2–5 working days; eastern provinces are typically 2–3 working days longer.
• All packages are sent with courier services. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery is only available within Canada.

Returns

• In the case of damaged or defective products, Wallpaper Online will arrange collection free of charge. Wallpaper Online must be notified by the customer within 7 days of delivery.
• In the case of buyer's remorse or unwanted items, Wallpaper Online will provide an 80% refund on the product. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of the product in its original condition and packaging to Wallpaper Online's offices. Wallpaper Online must be notified by the customer within 7 days of delivery. The fee is applied because every order is custom produced to exact order specifications, which renders it unable to be resold to another customer.

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD $).

Wallpaper Online Canada endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products. Your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Wallpaper Online Canada reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Should Wallpaper Online Canada reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Accepted payment methods

• All major credit cards accepted by Square (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
• Apple Pay.
• Google Pay.
• Interac e-Transfer (Canadian bank accounts).

We do not accept payment by cheque or cash.
