We will confirm your trade tier, apply your discount, and email you a sign-in link. Usually within one business day. No fee, no minimum spend.

Is there a fee to join?
No. The trade program is free, with no annual dues and no minimum-spend requirement. Order when your projects need it, do not when they do not.
Who qualifies?
Practicing interior designers with a business identity, sole practitioner, studio, or firm. If you specify wallpaper for clients, you qualify. We may ask for a link to your portfolio or a recent project photo.
How does the discount work?
It is applied automatically to every order you place through your portal, no code to remember. Your invoice shows the pre-discount price, the discount amount, and the total, so you can hand it to your client as-is or add your own markup.
Can I bill my client directly?
Yes. Your Wallpaper Online invoice is always billed to your firm at your trade rate. You mark up and re-invoice your client under your own brand. We are behind the scenes.
What happens if a client is not happy with a product?
You call us, we make it right. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to every trade order. We will reprint, refund, or replace without a lengthy return process. Your reputation with your client comes first.
Do you offer custom sizing or bespoke prints?
Every wallpaper we sell is printed to order. Pick any width and height, in any of our materials. You can also upload your own artwork; our team will review the file and confirm feasibility before quoting.
What are your standard turnaround times?
Trade orders print and ship inside 5 to 7 business days on standard, and we can go faster on request. Once your order is picked up by the courier, we send you a tracking link automatically.
