Why peel and stick?
Peel and stick is wallpaper without the commitment. The adhesive backing means no paste, no soaking table and no mess — you peel the liner, position the panel, smooth it down with a squeegee and trim the edge. Misaligned a panel? Lift it and reposition. Our panels are 24 inches wide, narrow enough for one person to hang alone on a Saturday afternoon.
When it’s time to move on, it pulls off in clean, full panels. No steamer, no scraper, no repainting bill. That’s why it’s become the default choice for renters, condo owners and anyone who changes their mind about décor more than once a decade — which, honestly, is most of us.
And because it’s Type II vinyl, it’s waterproof and washable. Crayon in the kids’ room, steam in the powder room, scuffs in the hallway: a damp cloth handles all of it.
Made in Canada. No duties, no border fees, ever.
Most “Canadian” wallpaper search results lead to US printers. The price looks fine until the courier shows up wanting duties, brokerage fees and exchange-rate padding — often adding 20 to 30 percent to the bill.
Ours is printed in Vancouver. Under CUSMA there’s nothing to clear at the border because it never crosses one. The price you see at checkout, in Canadian dollars, is the price you pay. Free shipping over CA$300 covers most accent walls outright, and we ship coast to coast — Victoria to St. John’s.
Printing here also means speed. Print-to-order from a local studio gets most orders out the door in 2 to 5 business days, not the two-to-four weeks an imported custom mural can take.

Renting? This was made for you.
A beige rental doesn’t have to stay beige. Peel and stick goes up without a single nail hole and comes down without a trace on sound, cured paint — which is what your landlord actually cares about. We’ve shipped accent walls to one-year leases in Montreal Plateau walk-ups and basement suites in a Vancouver craftsman where the landlord lived upstairs.
The honest advice we give every renter: order the CA$8 swatch first and stick it somewhere hidden for 48 hours. Cheap builder-grade flat paint and freshly painted walls are the two situations where any adhesive product can lift paint on removal. The swatch test settles it for less than the price of a coffee and a muffin, and it doubles as your colour check.
When the lease ends, removal is about 15 minutes per wall: start at a top corner, pull down slowly at an angle, done.
How to measure your wall
- Measure the width of your wall in inches, baseboard to baseboard.
- Measure the height from baseboard to ceiling at the tallest point.
- Enter both into the price customizer on any product page — it calculates the panels and exact cost. Our panels are 24 inches wide and print up to 216 inches long, so even high-ceilinged stairwells are covered in single drops.
- Include windows and doors in your measurement. It feels wasteful, but pattern matching across openings needs the full panel, and it’s your trim allowance for crooked corners — and every wall in a century Toronto semi has at least one.
Still unsure? Send us your wall photo and measurements and we’ll check the math before you order. Our full wallpaper application guide walks through hanging step by step, and the design service is free.
Peel & stick questions, answered straight
Does peel and stick wallpaper damage walls?
Not on sound, fully cured paint — it peels away cleanly with no residue. Fresh paint (under 4 weeks old), bargain flat paint and unprimed patches are the risk cases. Test a swatch in a hidden spot first; 48 hours tells you everything.
How long does peel and stick wallpaper last?
Our vinyl is rated for 3+ years and routinely outlives that on a well-prepared wall. Most customers swap designs out of boredom long before the wallpaper fails. For 15+ years, choose the traditional non-woven instead.
Does it work on textured walls?
Light orange-peel, usually yes. Heavy knockdown or stipple, no — the adhesive only grips the high points. Skim-coat and prime, or switch to paste-the-wall non-woven. A 48-hour swatch test on your actual wall is the definitive answer.
Can I use it in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. Type II vinyl is waterproof and washable, so powder rooms, family bathrooms and kitchen feature walls are all fair game. Keep it out of direct shower spray and use your extractor fan as normal.
Is it safe for a nursery?
Yes — we print with GreenGuard Gold certified low-VOC inks, the certification tier designed around sensitive environments like schools and healthcare facilities. More answers on safety, materials and turnaround are in our FAQ.
