Wallpaper Online Canada (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through wallpaperonline.ca, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order details when you place an order, request a sample, open a trade account, or contact us.
- Payment information: card payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card details.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the site that referred you. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, produce, deliver and support your order.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send marketing emails if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website, understand how it’s used, and measure our advertising.
We don’t sell your personal information.
