Hand-drawn swallows glide across a soft ivory ground, their wings picked out in fine sage-green linework with pale cream fills. Small five-petal blossoms and faint blush cloud washes drift between the birds, keeping the spacing open and airy. The medium-scale motif suits a bedroom, a quiet hallway above wainscoting, or a reading corner where a light, gently moving pattern is wanted. Designed by Ontario artist Jenica Goertz.

Every order is printed to order in our Vancouver facility — nothing sits on a warehouse shelf waiting for you. Once your design is confirmed, production takes 3–4 business days and shipping runs 3–7 more.
Every shipment is fully tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our shop, and a delivery notification when it arrives.
Every roll comes labelled with a panel number and an install guide sized for your wall. Most jobs take a confident DIYer half a day; wider walls and murals are worth hiring a pro.
Full step-by-step guides: Traditional Non-woven install guide · Peel & Stick install guide
Same install approach as Traditional Smooth, with one key difference: overlap murals by 1" at each panel seam instead of butting edge-to-edge. Peel the backing panel-by-panel and press onto a clean, primed wall, smoothing from top-centre outward. Repositionable during install, so you can lift and re-align if a panel drifts.
Because every order is custom printed to your exact wall, there's no repeat maths, no wasted rolls, and no leftover offcuts to store. Just measure your wall — we handle the rest.
We automatically add 2 inches (5 cm) of overlap on every side so the installer can trim cleanly to the ceiling, skirting, and corners. You don't need to add it yourself.
Use the "Width × Height" fields on this page. We'll show you the price for your exact wall in the material you've chosen. No calculator, no per-roll maths.
Prefer a traditional pre-cut roll rather than a made-to-measure order? Get in touch and we'll produce the design in a standard roll size for you. Contact us.
Three materials to choose from, each cut to your exact wall. Pick the finish that suits your install method and the room. Not sure? Order a free swatch pack — one of every material with a sample of your favourite design.
Soft-touch smooth matte texture. Self-adhesive with a backing paper — think of it as a giant sticker. The easiest install we offer, and easily removable without damaging your walls.
Fine art-canvas texture that adds a luxury look and feel to any wallpaper or mural. Zero glare (it’s the same finish used on movie sets), still self-adhesive with a backing paper for a straightforward install.
The original style of wallpaper — a non-woven paper hung with paste-the-wall glue. Wipe-able but not waterproof. Best for feature walls with lower traffic where you want that classic paper feel and finish.
Every design on this site can be adjusted to fit your project. Because we print to order, custom changes aren't upcharges on top of a stock product — they're just part of how we work.
Have a photo, a painting, or a family archive image you want on your wall? We print custom murals from client artwork at the same per-square-foot rates as our stock designs. We accept basically any file format — JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, RAW, or a link to Dropbox / Drive / WeTransfer. Higher resolution is better, but we'll happily take a look at whatever you have and tell you what's possible.
Heirloom in flight is by Jenica Goertz, a surface designer and illustrator based in Ontario. She lives on a farm, and the calm of the surrounding countryside runs through much of her work, including this flock of swallows. The design is part of our Canadian Artists collection, printed to order in Vancouver, and Jenica earns a royalty on every order.
The ground is a warm ivory, and the swallows are drawn in a muted sage-green line with cream and pale taupe inside the wings. A few blush-pink cloud washes add warmth. By day it reads fresh and light; under lamplight the ivory warms up. In flatter Canadian winter light the sage line softens, so the birds look a little more delicate.
The swallows sit at a medium scale with generous ivory space around each bird, so the pattern reads calm rather than crowded. From across a room you see a loose scatter of birds in flight; up close the feather detail and tiny blossoms come through. Because the background is light, it keeps a room feeling open and bright.
A bedroom is the natural fit – the light ground and soft movement of the birds make for a restful backdrop. It also works in a hallway above painted panelling or in a guest room with cottage or traditional furniture. The fine linework pairs well with linen, painted wood and brass fittings without competing with them.
It arrives as numbered panels, each 24 inches wide. You hang them edge to edge in number order, which keeps the swallows lining up correctly across the wall. Starting from a plumb line at one corner and working across makes it easy to keep the birds level, especially in older homes where walls are rarely perfectly straight.
