Begonias gives you tropical florals without the typical bright-colour commitment — white blooms with soft pink centres composed against charcoal-black botanical shapes that read as shadows. The contrast is high but the palette stays neutral, so it works in a Calgary bungalow powder room as readily as a downtown Vancouver apartment kitchen backsplash area. Scale is mid-range — detailed enough to read from close range, simple enough to work as an all-over pattern. The black ground anchors the design without making small rooms feel closed-in.
