Venetian Canal Tile borrows from Mediterranean tilework — hexagonal cells filled with delicate florals, scrollwork, and geometric fills in slate blue and burnished gold against cream. The pattern scales at actual tile size so it reads authentic rather than wallpaper-trying-to-be-tile, with enough variation in the fills to keep your eye engaged without overwhelming a small space. Particularly effective in powder rooms where the tile scale works with the room proportions, as a kitchen backsplash alternative in older Montreal walk-ups, or on the accent wall of a home office where you want pattern without distraction. The cream ground reflects light well in basement spaces or north-facing Calgary bedrooms where you need brightness on the wall. Pairs naturally with brass fixtures, marble surfaces, and white or navy cabinetry. Made in Canada at our own print studio on 24-inch panels.
