Cadet Light captures the feeling of cutting fresh wildflowers from a roadside verge — thistles in full magenta bloom, cornflower buds in deep navy, sage-green stems loose and gestural against a cream ground. The watercolour technique means each bloom has soft edges where the pigment bleeds into the background, so the pattern reads organic rather than printed. The scale is generous — blooms are sized at roughly life-size, spaced to give each flower room to breathe. Strong choice for a powder room where bold wallpaper is expected, a home office accent wall behind the desk, or a north-facing bedroom in Calgary or Edmonton where the magenta tones warm up cold natural light. Pairs well with white trim and natural wood, or with darker painted millwork where the cream ground provides contrast. Made in Canada at our own print studio on 24-inch panels.
